As you can see, it is a mere steam! But it flows through a quiet tropical setting and the area has recently been landscaped (so you don't have to injure yourself getting to it). It is located within walking distance of the Edgewater and Atlantis hotels (in the parish of St. Joseph, on the east coast of the island).

Here is a view from the bridge accross Joes River, this bridge was built to accommodate a small train that ran along the east coast in the 1930's. When the service was terminated, it fell into disrepair (and was even condemned as unsafe) but it has been refurbished along with the area.
